Meet the second part of the review of my sister’s winter vacation, who visited the West of Ukraine in December 2020.
I described winter holidays in the Carpathians at the end of 2020 in my post here. And since one of my favorite cities is Lviv, then I decided to stop there on the way back and forth.
Therefore, it was necessary to choose an apartment in the city center. Why not a hotel room? I don’t like the cramped space, 20 meters is not enough for 3 of us, and also we planned to go to a restaurant for breakfast, so the minimum price in the most modest hotel, where the night costs from 30 euro, turned out to be not good for us.
As a result, on the way to the Carpathians, we spent the night in an apartment in the very center on Svoboda Street. The historic center is exactly five minutes away.
The apartment is in an old but not crumbling building, where one floor is like three in an ordinary house.
The apartment is warm, everything is new and clean, the price is 20 euro. A great option for a small family. I advise everyone.
I was especially pleased with the realtor Ostap, who sent me by mail a brand new thermos, which we forgot there 🙂
On the way back, we stopped again in Lviv, choosing a 100-meter apartment in the center on Tadeush Kostiushko Street.
This was an old house with an inner balcony similar to Odessa courtyards.
This time we stayed in an apartment with a friend.
We had kitchen, two bedrooms, two toilets and a large living room.
Everything is new, soundly renovated, every room has a smart TV. Excellent apartment for the price of 30 euro.
The owner Vasily is a very cheerful and welcoming person.
By the way, both apartments in Lviv are suitable for travelers with cars, as they have their own free parking.
