Here is the third part of my super long review of the best hotel in Sharm El Sheikh 🙂 In the first part I talked about the hotel rooms, in the second about the food, and now I will tell and show the territory, the beach and the pool of this hotel.
The hotel area is huge and divided into 2 parts. If you see from the sea, there are villas on the right side (closer to the sea), as well as suites with several bedrooms, a kids club and tennis courts (further from the sea), while on the left are one-bedroom rooms (from standard to those with their own small pool).
In the middle, the area is divided by a cool funicular that runs from the pool by the sea to the main hotel building (where the reception and restaurants are). The funicular goes slowly, but all guests really like to ride it, which we did with pleasure.
The territory itself is quite mountainous with a lot of steps and narrow streets.
We liked to wander through them, and sometimes it seemed that this is a real maze of similar streets. Well at least there are signs, so over time you can navigate easily.
Everywhere there are plants, small fountains, everything blooms and pleases the eye. A large team of gardeners work all day long and make the hotel grounds even more beautiful.
Both in one and in the second part of the territory there are swimming pools. We never got to the second pool, so there is a reason to return 🙂
The main pool is located by the sea and has an interesting shape with many palm trees around and even inside on the island. All palm trees throughout the territory are carefully numbered 🙂
There are sun loungers with umbrellas and large comfortable awnings by the pool. The loungers are a real way to the great relaxation: very large, wide and with a huge mattress. As soon as you come to the pool, the staffs at the pool immediately put towels on the sun loungers and bring a mini-fridge with mineral water.
Light music plays by the pool, it is very pleasant to spend time there. In addition to the restaurant, next to the pool, there is also a bar, as well as toilets with great level of cleanliness and a pleasant smell.
The pool has sufficient depth for a pleasant swim and entrances from several sides. Nearby there is a Jacuzzi for adults and a small pool for children.
The beach at the hotel is quite small, but it depends on what you call a beach. If that small area is by the sea, then yes, it is very small,
but there is also a spacious recreation area, which is located on terraces above the beach.
If you look from the sea, there is an adult-only area on the right, where there are sun loungers with awnings and umbrellas.
And on the left is the area for family recreation.
This entire beach area is also serviced by staffs that lay towels on the sun loungers, bring water and fruits during the day, and help open the umbrellas.
The umbrellas on the beach are excellent: they are very large in size and provide good protection from the sun, but at the same time they are very heavy, it is difficult to cope on your own.
There is a bar on the beach where you can not only order drinks, but also have a snack (only several types of burgers were seen on the menu).
There is also a diving center on the beach.
A little further behind the beach there are several restaurants and a small private beach, but without a descent into the sea.
In the next part, please read about the sea and about the reef and fish at this hotel.
